What seemed like a routine procedure left one U.S. cop stunned. After forcing a car to stop on a highway in western Utah, the officer found a five-year-old boy behind the wheel.
The boy told the arresting officer on Monday that he had run away from home after arguing with his mother because she had refused to buy him a Lamborghini.

"He decided to take the car and go to California to buy one himself," Utah Highway Patrol said on Twitter. "He would have been a little short of money to pay the car bill because he only had three dollars in his wallet.
In a video released by the police, you can see the van he was driving, erratically, with other cars and trucks speeding by.
When Officer Rick Morgan activates the siren, the vehicle stops on the left side of the highway.
"As Morgan approached on foot from the driver's side of the vehicle, he thought it strange that he could not see the driver's head from the rear window," a statement released Tuesday by the police force said.
The video shows Morgan asking the boy his age. "Are you 5 years old?" he exclaims. "Wow... Where did you learn to drive?"
Police said the boy, who was not identified, managed to drive about two or three kilometres from his home before being stopped and reported to his parents.
The family reported that the boy's older brother was looking after him that morning, the brother fell asleep and the boy took the keys to the truck off a hook at their house.
"Fortunately, no one was injured and no property was damaged during his short outing," police said.
