Cardi B seems seriously interested in getting involved in politics, following her tweet with a short explanation that says, "No matter how many guns a country has, it needs people!.

How can you go against a country and possibly start a war when this country lacks patriotism? I hardly see people saying they love being Americans.

The rapper is well known for her political views, she has been a vocal critic of President Trump who supported Bernie Sanders in last year's presidential race, however, it is

not clear how serious the possibility of her running for office is.

Cardi B recently made headlines after publishing about the possible relocation to Nigeria after Trump ordered a drone strike that killed Iranian General Qasem Soleimani earlier this month, and

Tehran retaliated with missile attacks on an Iraqi base housing U.S. troops.

He had previously indicated in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last May that he would not consider running for office because he feels "it's a big responsibility.

But it's like when you're like a political person, you can't let down millions of people who voted for you, who supported you to improve their lives.

So that's not my thing, the celebrity said at the time.
